- 1 cup pistachio flour
- 1 cup pitted dates
- ¼ cup pistachio butter
- ⅛ cup maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon shredded coconut
- ½ teaspoon orange zest
- 1 teaspoon matcha powder
- 1 tablespoon fresh orange juice
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- Pistachio kernels to decorate
- Place all the ingredients except pistachio kernels in a food processor.
- Process until everything is combined.
- Scoop a tablespoon of dough into your hands and roll into a ball. Repeat until all the dough is formed into small balls.
- Decorate with crushed pistachio kernels.
